Sharraxaadda

Graffiti has been popping up over the last few weeks on many buildings along the 1000 Block of North Marshall Street. Last night an additional 3-4 buildings were "tagged". I believe the more frequent occurrences are due to the lack of removing the graffiti that is already present.
